Belfast Harbour invite visual artists working in all genres inclusive of new and traditional media to submit proposals for a landmark public art work at the to be located on the area adjacent to the Dargan Road, Seal Road and Dargan Drive entrance to the Belfast Harbour Estate.
The Total budget for this commission is £100,000.00
